7 Best WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discount Plugins 2025

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS

Setting up smart discounts on your WooCommerce store can be an effective way to increase sales, attract repeat customers, and even encourage bulk purchases. Still, by default, WordPress’s leading eCommerce system doesn’t exactly lend itself to flexible, dynamic pricing.

That’s where the following WooCommerce discount plugins come into play.

Each of the seven top tools featured in this guide enhances Woo’s core functionality to help you maximize revenues by expanding the default pricing options, allowing  you to:

  • Offer BOGO (Buy One, Get One) deals
  • Create bulk discounts
  • Set different pricing tiers based on WordPress user roles
  • Schedule sales to take advantage of seasonal trends and high-traffic shopping periods.

As a result, you can create more incentives to entice both new and existing customers to complete purchases, increasing both conversion rates and overall profitability in the process.

1. WooCommerce Discount Manager by Barn2 Plugins

Best All-in-one Discount Management Plugin

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS
  • Price: $99 p/y
  • Free Version? No

Pros & Cons:

Pros

  • Offers the most comprehensive set of dynamic pricing tools of any plugin in this guide.
  • Includes automated and scheduled discounts to help you plan seasonal sales in advance.
  • Includes a very user-friendly interface making it suitable for WooCommerce novices

Cons

  • No Free version available
  • Limited Coupon Functionality

Our Verdict:

The WooCommerce Discount Manager is the ultimate all-in-one tool for setting up dynamic pricing models and discounts in your online store.

It tops this guide for two reasons:

First, it’s one of the most beginner-friendly tools of its type, with a simple and intuitive interface and features that make it easy to set up a wide variety of different pricing options.

Speaking of features, that’s the other reason we’re so impressed with this one.

All told, WooCommerce Discount Manager allows you to set up six different types of discounts, including:

  • Simple discounts (10% off, $5 off etc.)
  • Discounts based on total spend
  • Bulk Pricing discounts
  • Buy X number of products for a fixed rate or discount.

Each option can be assigned to a different user role, making it a breeze to set up things like members-only discounts or deals for new subscribers.

For example, you could use Barn2’s discount manager to give new shoppers 20% off their first purchase if they sign up for an account, or perhaps run limited-time-only sales to encourage registered users to spend more.

While the coupon features are a little lacking compared to other tools, they’re nonetheless robust enough to handle most store owners’ essential discounting needs.

2. Discount Rules for WooCommerce by Flycart

Best For Simple Bulk Discounts

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS

Price: $63 – $135 p/y

Free Version? Yes

Pros & Cons:

Pros

  • Beginner-friendly setup
  • Supports Cart-Based Rules
  • Allows you to apply discounts to product variations.

Cons

  • Free version is very limited, with most useful features restricted to paid versions.
  • Doesn’t support BOGO

Our Verdict:

If your only priority is to allow customers to buy in bulk at a discounted rate, FlyCartt’s Discount Rules for WooCommerce is definitely worth a look.

While the plugin does allow you to apply simple percentage-based and money-off products to single products, its biggest strength lies in the world of bulk buying.

The Flycart plugin gives you the ability to control every aspect of bulk purchasing discounts, including:

  • Minimum and maximum quantity required to unlock discounts
  • Type of discount (percentage or fixed)
  • Discount value.

Elsewhere, you can combine Discount Rules with the default WooCommerce Coupons features to stack additional promotions or create more flexible, multi-tiered discount structures.

While the free plan is perhaps too limited for most serious store owners, upgrading to the pro version does make this a solid option for businesses that focus on high-volume sales and wholesale pricing strategies.

3. Advanced Coupons

Best For Coupon-Based Promotions and Free Gift Deals

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS

Price: $59 – $149 p/y

Free Version? Yes

Pros & Cons:

Pros:

  • Allows for advanced-level control over coupon promotions
  • Includes scheduling features to set up new coupon campaigns in advance
  • Allows customers to apply coupons in one click.

Cons:

  • While user-friendly, the sheer number of options and level of control can be overwhelming for new users.
  • Some users have reported conflicts between Advanced Coupons and other plugins or themes

Our Verdict:

Advanced Coupons expands WooCommerce’s default coupon system, adding BOGO deals, loyalty rewards, and cart conditions. If your store relies on coupons rather than direct discounts, this is a solid choice.

There’s something about receiving an exclusive coupon that can feel more enticing to customers than a simple site-wide discount. It creates a sense of exclusivity and personal value, making shoppers feel like they’re getting a special deal just for them, boosting the likelihood that they’ll take advantage of the offer and complete a purchase.

While the standard WooCommerce Coupons options are decent, there’s no denying that the tools and features offered by the Advanced Coupons plugin are fundamentally better.

The tool offers a dashboard through which you can set up couples for multiple types of deals, including:

  • BOGO
  • Percentage-based discounts
  • Fixed price discounts.

It also includes a very clear and easy-to-understand dashboard that makes it easy to track the success of your coupon promotions, noting the total number of coupons used in your store, the total revenue from those coupon-assisted sales, and more.

Coupons can be applied to different users, allowing you to reward existing members or encourage new ones to register.

If we had to find fault with this one, it’s that Advanced Coupon’s free plan is extremely limited, with many of its most useful features locked in the premium options.

4. Wholesale Prices

Best for Wholesale Suppliers

  • Price: $99 – $299 p/y
  • Free Version? Yes

Pros & Cons:

Pros

  • Set different prices for wholesalers, retailers, or VIPs
  • Restrict discounts based on order volume.
  • Offers lead-capture tools to sign up new wholesale buyers

Cons

  • Not ideal for non-wholesale stores.
  • Not beginner-friendly

Our Verdict:

If you sell to wholesalers, B2B customers, or run a members-only buying program, Wholesale Pricing will prove to be a worthy addition to your store.

The plugin allows you to set different pricing based on user roles and even offer exclusive, hidden-pricing discounts to your most valuable customers.

Wholesale Pricing is also a strong choice if you’re planning to offer both bulk and regular pricing via your website.

Though it doesn’t help you with many of the promotional strategies typically used for direct retail selling to B2C customers, it does add a bulk pricing field to the default WooCommerce product page so that you can offer both regular and bulk pricing options on the same page.

By far the biggest complaint we have with this one is that it isn’t the most user-friendly plugin we’ve come across.

While the interface and overall features look clean and simple enough, it’s not always immediately obvious what you’re supposed to do or how you’re supposed to use it.

Sure, the documentation is extensive and does a lot to help you out, but if you’re relatively inexperienced in running a WordPress eCommerce site, don’t expect to be able to dive right into this one without experiencing a serious learning curve first.

5. YITH WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts

Best For Creating Visually Appealing Upsells and Discount Offer.

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS
  • Price: $149 p/y
  • Free Version? No

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Interface
  • Create stylish modal windows, pop-ups, and other features to promote your discounts
  • Allows for both tiered and bulk pricing

Cons

  • Expensive Compared to Competitors
  • The visual drag-and-drop builder takes some time to master.

Our Verdict:

YITH used to offer a free version of their dynamic pricing plugin but discontinued that four years ago to focus on this premium version.

Most of the features on offer are pretty much what you’d expect from a tool like this one. For example, you can:

  • Set up bulk pricing discounts
  • Schedule seasonal sales in advance
  • Assign different discounts to specific user roles
  • Create add-to-cart discounts.

However, the plugin’s real strength lies in the visual appeal it brings to your store. Unlike other plugins that focus on the core functionality of setting up and managing your discounts, YITH offers a drag-and-drop editor that lets you create custom pop-ups and modals to promote your special offers while customers are browsing your store.

To be fair, the drag-and-drop editor takes a bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it proves to be a more efficient option than having one plugin to set up your discounts and another one to promote them.

6. Smart Coupons for WooCommerce

Best for Gift Cards and Store Credit Features

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS
  • Price: $89 – $249 p/y
  • Free Version? Yes

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Auto-apply coupons when customers meet certain criteria
  • Apply discounts based on user roles
  • Create coupon banners and pop-ups

Cons

  • No tiered pricing discounts
  • Single-site licenses can be restrictive, making it harder to test in staging environments

Our Verdict:

At first glance, WebToffee’s Smart Coupons for WooCommerce tool looks much like any other coupon plugin.

It allows you to create BOGO, scheduled sales, and bulk purchasing discounts through a pretty straightforward and user-friendly dashboard. So far, so good, but not enough to truly make this one stand out.

Where the plugin really does come into its own, however, is that it makes it a breeze to take refund requests and immediately transform them into store credit.

For example, if you’re running an online store and a customer returns an item because it doesn’t fit, rather than losing money by offering a full refund, you can use this platform to send them a digital gift card for store credit.

The main drawback to this one is undoubtedly the pricing. While a free version exists, it’s very limited in scope, and you really need the paid plans to take full advantage of its features. At a starting point of $89 for a single site license, those plans are pretty expensive compared to other options, which may be a deal breaker for budget-conscious store owners.

7. ELEX WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts

Best for Beginners

DYNAMIC PRICING PLUGINS

Price: $99 – $499 p/y

Free Version? Yes

Pros & Cons:

Pros

  • Supports bulk pricing, cart-based discounts, and category-based pricing

Cons

  • Limited customization settings
  • Limited customization settings compared to other plugins

Our Verdict:

Only our first-placed dynamic pricing plugin from Barn2 outshines the ELEX WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts plugin in terms of user-friendly simplicity.

Both the free and paid-for versions are well-organized with features that take very little time to get to grips with.

On the whole, this is a solid option for creating a variety of simple pricing rules, such as:

  • BOGO
  • Category-based pricing
  • Bulk purchases
  • Role-based pricing.

While the premium version comes with a comparatively high price tag, it may be worth the investment to unlock advanced rule adjustments for both product and category-based pricing rules, all with a level of usability that’s ideal for those taking their first steps into the world of ecommerce.

What is the Best Dynamic Pricing and Discount Plugin for WooCommerce? Our Final Verdict

There’s a lot of very good WooCommerce discount plugins out there, but even in the face of some very stiff competition, Barn2’s WooCommerce discount manager comes out on top as the very best of the bunch.

While others certainly have their strong points, the Barn2 plugin combines beginner-friendly usability, a packed set of features, and comparable pricing into the ultimate all-in-one package.
